
Strong progress made to Keep the Promise in Renfrewshire
March 12, 2026Shardlake are back performing at The Bungalow tonight and they will be bringing something new to their Classic Rock set. To find out what that means get down there and check them out. It is free and doors are from 7pm.
Tomorrow afternoon the very popular The Divas Soul Band return to The Bungalow. They put on a classic Motown and Soul show with an exceptional live 5-piece band. Free entry and doors open at 1pm. This gig is a mix of seating and standing.

One of The Bungalow’s popular daytime bands return to The Bungalow and this time it is their first evening show tomorrow night. If you are a Beatles fan this is for you. Backtrack Beatles will be onstage playing all the best of The Beatles from the early days to the all the Number 1 hits. This gig is free entry so what’s not to like? Great music that costs you nothing. Doors are 7pm.
On Sunday there is a free entry Mother’s Day party with an Irish St Patrick’s Day slant with Irish Music and Dancing and a small buffet (all FREE!) Tickets from Eventbrite to book your place. This is a seated event and doors are at 1pm.
The Bungalow has been host to legendary bands like The Fall, The Buzzcocks and The Alarm. To celebrate its rich punk history Lood Presents are putting on a night on Wednesday called ‘See Ya at The Bungalow’. Back in the day most gig goers then had no idea they were living through a story they’d tell forever and maybe this can happen again. On the Bill is Clean Slate said to be a ‘legit Scottish punk band not seen for years’ and Ampstack a female fronted band with attitude. Support from The Waxette and Aiden Connell. Free entry from 7pm.
The Bungalow Jam kicks off at 7pm on Tuesday. This week it has a different flavour as there will be Music, Games, a Quiz and the usual Open Mic. All the fun starts when doors open at 7pm. The Bungalow Wednesday Club starts at 2pm with an afternoon of fun from singer John Griffith of The Bobby Deans Big Band and the popular quiz – it’s not the winning, it’s the learning.
Next week’s Thursday Introducing Night, Halfhead and the Pergolas will be on stage playing their new original material. These nights are perfect for giving you a glimpse of what the best emerging original talent looks like. Tickets on the door from 7pm.
The Swan has Ronnie T in from 4pm and at 8pm it is Three Card Trick. Moonrocks are in the coveted ‘Shoppers Slot’ at 4pm. The Sunday Soul Club kicks off at 4pm, Crawford Carlyle will be playing on Monday from 4pm, Lee James on Tuesday at 3pm and every second Thursday at 5.00pm and alternatively sometimes it is Cammy Miller. Duncan McLellan will be onstage on Wednesday to play a whole load of your favourite songs.
Johnny Barr is at The Keg tonight from 9pm and tomorrow night from 9pm it is Blind Panik. On Thursday you can discover a full line up of new or up and coming talent kicking off at 9pm.
Sportsters now have music on Friday nights and Sunday nights. Check them out. Kennedys have 03:15 in on Sunday from 3pm and also on Sunday, over at The Inn on the Corner The p90’s will be kicking off later at 6pm.
The Open Mic/Stage sessions next week are: The Abbey at 9pm on Monday, Ugly Duck Monday at 7pm, The Gantry at 9pm on Tuesday, The Bungalow on Tuesday 7pm, The Keg on Wednesday at 8.30pm and The Inn on the Corner has an Open Mic on the last Tuesday of the month.
