To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, the Renfrewshire Anti Stigma Alliance (RASA) group are organising a  ‘Walk a Mile’ event on the10 May 2017.

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, the Renfrewshire Anti Stigma Alliance (RASA) group are organising a  ‘Walk a Mile’ event on the10 May 2017.


The aim is to raise awareness of Mental Health and to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination. The walk is being supported by the national charity See Me and is inspired by Chris Young’s UK wide campaign to end mental health stigma and change the way people think about mental health.
