February 8, 2018Youngsters can have some fun that is out of this world at intu Braehead during the school half term break this weekend.
And eight-year-old Owen Macdonald, from Foxbar, in Paisley visited the shopping and leisure destination yesterday to get ready for take off.
Free games, arts and crafts and competitions with a space age theme are taking place at intu Braehead between Friday, February 9 toMonday, February 12 from noon to 4pm.
There will also be a space hunt around the shopping centre during the 5,4,3,2, Fun! event where budding astronauts can discover new planets and life forms.
Marketing manager at intu Braehead, Christine Macdonald said: “We had a recent survey of youngsters asking them what kind of activities they would like during the long weekend and the majority said they wanted something with an outer space theme.
“Well that’s exactly what we’re giving the kids and I’ve no doubt they’ll have lots of fun.”
