July 1, 2025Tomorrow afternoon The M65’s are playing at The Bungalow, and they are followed by The Redstarts. It’s a free gig and doors are at 1pm. Sound Affex are back for another Sunday afternoon of Jam favourites. Doors are at 1pm. Looks like another great Mod Weekend. The Bungalaff Comedy Night for the best in stand up is right after Sound Affex. Your host is Graham Mackie, and he will be introducing his special guests. You can get tickets at the door from 7pm.
Tuesday Open Stage starts at 7pm. If you want to get on stage and jam or play some songs this is for you. The house band will be there to help and full backline available. Free entry.

The Bungalow Presents night on Thursday is great opportunity to see what is fresh up and coming and new to the music scene. The line up is The Lonely Souls, Heist! and Auld Jammies. These nights are getting very popular and are getting bigger and better constantly. It is only £5 entry with every penny going back to the bands to support live and new music. Doors open at 7pm.
The Keg have the talented Lewis Toms on tonight at 9pm. Next Thursday from 9pm you can discover the stars of tomorrow. The Keg Sessions are on every week and there is a different support and headline act each night. The sessions are designed to showcase original talent or help those just starting out in their musical career. You could also find an established band dropping by to play their new single, a prominent musician trying out a new set list or up and coming artists looking to share their original material with you.
Starting earlier than usual today The Swan have The Rays on from 3pm followed by Proposal at 8pm and meanwhile there will be a DJ set on the Garden Stage outside from 4pm. Epic are one of the most popular bands to play at The Old Swan and they are back on stage tomorrow to deliver a great afternoon of songs you just love from 4pm. The Sunday Soul Club starts at 4pm with John and Maria on the decks. Crawford Carlyle will be playing on Monday from 4pm, Lee James starts his comedy and song stage show on Tuesday at 3pm and Thursday at 5.30pm, Duncan McLellan kicks off at 4pm on Wednesday.
The Cave’s line up this week is Canyon tomorrow at 5pm followed by Distant Echo at 8pm. Howlin Wolf are playing on Sunday from 6pm.
The Inn on the Corner have Rumours playing on Sunday at 4.30pm and following them it is The Jim Keilt and the State Bar Blues from 7pm. Kennedys Sunday’s regular live session this week starts as usual at 3pm.
The Open Mic/Stage sessions next week are: The Abbey at 9pm on Monday, Ugly Duck Monday at 7pm, The Gantry at 9pm on Tuesday, The Bungalow on Tuesday 7pm, The Keg on Wednesday at 8.30pm and The Cave from 7pm on Thursday. The Inn on the Corner has an Open Mic on the last Tuesday of the month.
