A new GAP store opened yesterday (Thurs, November 10) in the upper mall adjacent to Next and as one of the world’s most iconic apparel and accessories brands, GAP is a welcome addition to the retail fashion offering at the centre.

Launched more than 50 years ago in San Francisco, GAP has always been an authority of modern optimistic American style and is a champion of fashion individuality. The new 1314 square feet store in Braehead is adjacent to Next and caters for men, women, toddlers, kids and even babies. The Braehead GAP store opened on Thursday, November 10 and the Braehead centre director Peter Beagley said: “GAP is one of the world’s most recognisable brands for casual clothing and our shoppers will now have even more choice when it comes to fashion. “If anyone wants to be right on trend with their casual clothing, then GAP is the store to visit.”
