TAP To Your Own Beat

Besides, tap dancing and taptone is not only invigorating and entertaining but is also a health-giving exercise for making the limbs supple and giving a “springy” feeling of fitness to the whole body and it is great for the brain too!

Besides, tap dancing and taptone is not only invigorating and entertaining but is also a health-giving exercise for making the limbs supple and giving a “springy” feeling of fitness to the whole body and it is great for the brain too!

A group of women of various ages exercise together in a brightly lit studio, smiling and moving energetically in coordinated workout attire. The wooden floor reflects the light from the large windows.

Low impact anyone can do this… we have a great choice of tunes from Broadway,Latin,Classics, 60s,70s,80s Pop,Rock,Funk.  You name it we have it! …. Easy to follow moves with aerobic exercise and basic tap dance steps to beat out those tunes!!

A fitness class is held outdoors, with some participants seated and others on a truck stage. A banner reads, "Last class before summer break, Thursday 4 July." Balloons and flowers decorate the stage.

Don’t worry if you haven’t got tap shoes we provide the “Feetbeats” that can go over any flat soled shoe!
