St Mirren FC Charitable Foundation, in collaboration with the Scottish FA, is thrilled to announce the return of Menopause Goals – Celebrating The Second Half, starting on Thursday, 10th October 2024, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. This eight-week programme is designed to offer support, education, and community for women experiencing menopause symptoms.

Sign Up For Menopause Goals

This FREE programme is open to women living in Renfrewshire who may be feeling isolated, anxious, or in need of support while navigating menopause. If you’re ready to talk about how menopause affects your life and explore ways to manage your symptoms, this programme is for you.

Participant Criteria:

To join, you must be over 40, experiencing menopause symptoms, and motivated to take action.

Menopause Goals Programme Overview:

The programme aims for participants to reduce menopause symptoms by at least 10%. Throughout the course, you’ll learn about the stages of menopause, how they affect daily life, and practical strategies to cope with the changes.

Sessions cover a variety of topics such as:

  • Understanding Menopause: Definitions & Physiology
  • Stress Management
  • Sexual Health, Hormones, and HRT
  • Holistic Approaches, including Nutrition, Exercise, Meditation, and Cold Water Therapy.

What You Can Expect:

You’ll be part of a safe and supportive environment where you can share experiences with other women, learn valuable strategies, and feel listened to and understood.
