I am a highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Weightlifting Coach and Fitness Instructor working from well-equipped Private PT Gym in the centre of Paisely.

The gym is a boutique, private PT gym. No gym members, no mirrors, a friendly welcoming place to train in peace, comfort and privacy 

Just one or two trainers working with their clients to help them towards their health and fitness goals

I have a genuine passion for passing on my knowledge and helping the people I work with FEEL BETTER.

To me that’s the whole point “feeling better”, and however that looks to you. It may be putting on clothes that haven’t fit in a while, it may be feeling strong enough to move garden furniture around yourself or it may even be having enough stamina to keep up with your kids at the Soft Play.
