It has been a turbulent time for the music industry over the past two and a half years and not the
best time to take over a music venue either, but Alan McEwan and myself did.

Although it was full of ups and downs (mainly downs because of the Covid pandemic) 3 years later we have survived and
now The Bungalow is having its third birthday party tonight. It is an open invitation to everyone, and
entry is free. The entertainment for the evening is Berry Tweed and the Chasers with Gerry McGuire
on the decks. Doors open at 7pm.

Tomorrow afternoon The Brass Monkeys are back for more monkey business with big band jazz,
swing and even some rock numbers. The band have two new players performing with them and this
will be a great gig (as it always is) for them. This is a busy afternoon so get down early to grab a seat
at 1pm.

Another big celebration at The Bungalow is happening tomorrow night because Shardlake is
celebrating a decade of decadence with a rock extravaganza of classic hits, anthems, and favourites.
You’re warmly invited to join them and their special guests for a night of rock mayhem. Entry is free
and doors are 7pm.

If you are looking for a wee Sunday night out then why not check out The Boyz who bring you a
knock out show of Thin Lizzy classics and select album tracks from across the legendary Irish rockers
whole catalogue. You pay on entry and doors are 7pm. Are you ready? Cos if you’re ready, they’re
ready! Look out!

This Thursday’s Introducing night has been taken over by local band Leisureland as they are releasing

it sounds great. The boys are hoping to see all their friends and fans at the launch which will be
supported by Bittersuite and Jamie Welsh. The band have worked hard in the studio on this single
and they are working on another one out due soon. Tickets are £5/3 and doors are 7pm.

Tomorrow night at Rocknrollas is Tin Soldierz; the ultimate tribute to punk legends Stiff Little
Fingers. Support is by Rat Patrol bringing you some classic punk covers.
£5 on the door. On Sunday afternoon The Mod Club will have resident band Shout who are bringing
a long set of classic original mod tunes with a couple of modern-day surprises. Boab Williamson and
