The Project Manager is accountable to the Project Creative Director for the structural operations involved in the day to day running of ReMode Renfrewshire CIC’s project programme and activities.
- Managing ReMode office systems and processes to ensure the successful delivery of core project activities and associated administration across all staff members to ensure the successful running of ReMode Renfrewshire CIC as an organisation.
- Liaising with key funders and their monitoring officers.
- Managing the funding streams appropriately.
- Supporting the Project Creative Director to identify and develop new funding opportunities for ReMode project development and sustainability within the local communities, beyond the current funding period.

REMODE ASSISTANT
REMODE RENFREWSHIRE CIC
£7904/P/A – 16HRS/PER/WEEK
(£17,290 F.T.E)
The assistant is accountable to Project Creative Director and will ensure the practical day to day running of the ReMode shops and ReMode Pop-ups including:
- Receiving and recording garment donations.
- Washing and preparing donated garments and materials for the shop and ReMode Pop-up events.
- Keeping the ReMode shop, back shop and Make Space, clean, tidy and attractive.
- Creative displaying of stock on rails, shelving and window displays.
- Dealing with customers enquiries and drop-in visitors – always with respect and a high level of customer service in mind.
- Support and assistance of volunteers while they are in the shop.
