The Springsteen sessions return to The Bungalow tonight for more of ‘The Boss’. From the time The Springsteen Sessions hit the stage, they take you on a musical journey down E Street that will leave you enthralled, excited and exhausted but more importantly wanting more. Covering over four decades of The Boss, this tight unit of accomplished musicians tear into such mighty classics as Born To Run, 10th Avenue Freeze Out, Jungleland and Rosalita but to name a few.

For the ‘True Springsteen Fan’ this will be a journey that they’ll never want to end. So sit back and enjoy the pure sounds of Bruce Springsteen and the legendary E Street band delivered to you via The Springsteen Sessions. You can get tickets on the door from 7pm.

The Dead Flowers return to The Bungalow for another rocking Saturday afternoon Session. A power performance is guaranteed by one of the best rock cover bands around. This is free entry and doors are 1pm. You better get in early if you want a seat, the last time they played The Bungalow was a busy one.

Step into the world of INXS at The Bungalow tomorrow night as INXS UK flawlessly recreates the distinctive vocals of Michael Hutchence and the dynamic musicality that made INXS a global sensation. You can get tickets on the door from 7pm. 

Expect a knees up performance from FAIM as The Bungalow celebrate St Patricks Day (a day early) with a free entry Sunday afternoon sessions. Doors open at 1pm. 

The Tuesday Open Stage caters for a jam, solo or band performance. You never know what you are going to get but it is guaranteed to be entertaining. Free entry at 7pm.

On Thursday the Introducing Night features Eyesore, Citizen Head and Straw Dogs 1980. You can get tickets on the door rom 7pm.

The Keg have the very talented Andrew O’Donnell in tonight from 9pm and tomorrow night at the same time it will be Wired who will be playing classic rock and blues covers. The Keg Sessions start at 9pm on Thursday for more original acts and bands. 

The Swan have Carlyle on tonight from 8pm and tomorrow Addiction kicks off at 4pm. The Sunday Soul Club starts at 4pm with John and Maria on the decks. Crawford Carlyle will be playing on Monday from 4pm, Lee James starts his comedy and song stage show on Tuesday at 3pm, Duncan Carlyle kicks off at 4pm on Wednesday and Raymond McSherry will be rocking it out at 3pm on Thursday.

The Cave’s line up this week is Red Eyes tonight from 8pm, tomorrow’s ‘Doubler’ is The Vests at 5pm followed by The Brian Kelly Band at 8pm. The Cave’s busy weekend finishes with Heist at 6pm on Sunday. 

Venue have a Bish, Bash, Bingo event night you won’t forget. Get down there tomorrow night and take part in Crazy Bingo and a Pub quiz, and while you are at it get those singing voices warmed up for some Karaoke. The event will be raising money for St Vincent’s Hospice and doors are 7.30pm.  

Playing at Kennedys Sunday’s regular live session this week is Headhunters from 3pm and later in the afternoon The Inn on the Corner have Jenni and the Blockheads on from 4.30pm.  

The Open Mic/Stage sessions next week are: The Abbey at 9pm on Monday, Ugly Duck Monday at 7pm, The Gantry at 9pm on Tuesday, The Bungalow on Tuesday 7pm, The Keg on Wednesday at 8.30pm and The Cave from 7pm on Thursday. The Inn on the Corner has an Open Mic on the last Tuesday of the month.
