I’m Chelsea Kelly, the proud owner of Naked Aesthetics Lounge, a luxury medical aesthetics clinic based on George Street, in Paisleys West End! We’ve been situated at our premises for 8 and a half years now taking over from the famous Mays Hairdressers.

We Opened as CK Hair & Beauty Lounge, however, more recently rebranded to Naked Aesthetics Lounge following a huge salon refurbishment! We offer a wide range of clinical and holistic services; Botulinum Toxin, Dermal Filler, Facials/Head Massage, vitamin therapies, fat loss treatment along with all popular lash and brow services.

We are elated to say that Scotlands first and original ASMR massage therapy clinic started from Naked Aesthetics Lounge and continues to take Paisley and the internet by storm as Light ASMR Massage continues to go viral on social media platform TikTok! 

We have plenty room to expand within our large spacious luxury all inclusive salon; brow artists, lash artists, aestheticians, fine line tattooists or above waist piercers… any innovative industry professionals, we would love to hear from you!
