Former members of Paisley’s Pro-Life gym who have given up on their fitness regime have the chance to get moving and back into shape without spending a penny.
In a cracking Easter holiday giveaway the fitness centre in New Sneddon Street is inviting anyone who has abandoned working out there to get back into the routine with free training and use of the facilities right up until Monday April, 18.
The team at the centre, which is run by Renfrewshire Sports Charity to raise funds for St Vincent’s and ACCORD hospices, is keen to welcome back some familiar faces in a bid to make the community fitter and healthier.
Members are also getting the chance to take their own family and friends along to workout, or train under the watchful eye of the team of professionals as part of this programme to get Renfrewshire moving.
Gayle Brannigan, chief executive at RSC, said: “Keeping fit and sticking to a good nutritional diet goes hand in hand with good health. The benefits of exercise are well documented and we are happy to pass on our knowledge to those who come along.
“It is a marvellous opportunity for anyone who used to come along and just fell away for one reason or another to start afresh. We would love to see some familiar faces back over the next couple of weeks.
“We are also looking forward to welcoming some new faces as our members encourage family and friends to get into shape and support the aims of the charity at the same time. All our profits go to help the community we live in.”
