Investors in People Silver Award
Renfrewshire Chamber recently received their 3 yr audit from Investors in People – and successfully progressed from Bronze to Silver – joining the ranks of 70 other companies across the whole of Scotland to achieve this level. Of the thousands across the UK that go for IIP – only 1.5% are silver or above – so it is a significant achievement for a company with 8 staff.
Commenting on the award, Tom Johnston, Chamber President said “well done to Bob and the all the team. For a relatively small team – they deliver a great deal to a consistently high standard. It is reassuring to get independently reviewed and know you are doing well as an employer that genuinely looks after it’s number one asset – its staff ”.
