Acumen is holding to participate in Time To Talk Day

Our speaker for this event is Grant Gray. Grant is a father to two daughters,  a grandfather to a teenage grandson – he worked in construction, engineering and aerospace and then became a mature student. achieving a BA, PgCert and a PhD in Psychology and research.

Grant has lived experiences of depression, bereavement and social isolation. He will be leading a discussion around how we can reach out for help when struggling with our mental health, about how we can challenge the stigma around mental health and about how we tackle the barriers we may be faced with as we find time to talk about mental health.
