Particularly if you are facing redundancy or are newly unemployed, it is vital to plan your next steps. The good news is that there’s loads of help at hand and we’ve brought it all under one roof to make it as easy as possible for local residents to speak to the right people for advice.
“You can get help with all sorts of money queries, including a full benefit check to find out if you’re receiving everything you’re entitled to, advice on heating bills and ways to save energy. Renfrewshire-wide Credit Union will be there with information on low-cost loans, pre-paid debit cards, help with paying bills and discounts on energy-saving household goods. There’s no need to make an appointment just pop in for a chat and a cup of tea.”
