Who are we?
Project OsKar is a Re-use and Recycling Centre in Paisley. We work in partnership with Renfrewshire Council and are supported by INCREASE funding.
What are our aims?
Project OsKar has three aims:
- To help reduce landfill by encouraging people to donate furniture and white goods that they would normally throw away
- To create jobs and training by employing 18 to 24-year-olds from the Renfrewshire area who are furthest from the job market
- To offer good quality, low cost second-hand furniture and white goods to the public, from the Project OsKar Emporium on Clark Street
What do we do?
Project OsKar presents an exciting retail outlet for refurbished second-hand goods.
We also offer a range of services to the public, including cleaning, painting and decorating, grass-cutting, and we are able to clear out void properties too, when required.
