Unlimited Personal Training is a membership which allows you to receive the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the price.
Sessions are available from 6am-9pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends (booking only) and last from 30 minutes (H.I.I.T.) to one hour, incorporating all aspects of fitness from weight loss to training for a half/full marathon.
Nutritional advice included. Sessions are both 1-2-1 and small groups; depending on time of day, no limit to the number sessions you can take. Includes full access to gym and Run Club. Only £99 per month, no contract.
