HUNDREDS of youngsters and their families came together to take part in a mass Baby Shark Dance for charity in the middle of a giant shopping mall.

The catchy song and dance routine – which has more than 1.6 BILLION views on YouTube video downloader free – was played several times on a giant screen at the intu Braehead shopping centre.

And the crowds created an amazing spectacle as they went through the Baby Shark Dance routine led by dance instructor Rachael Keiller.

Children’s Hospices Across Scotland – better known as CHAS – had teamed up with intu Braehead to hold the giant fundraising event which saw some youngsters dressed in shark costumes.

The Baby Shark song and dance video about a family of sharks was created by the Korean children’s educational YouTube channel, Pinkfong and it has become a global phenomenon.

Groups and individuals have also been filming themselves doing the dance and posting on social media.

Lydia Brown, intu Braehead’s community development manager said:

“The amount of people who turned up to do the Baby Shark Dance was amazing.

“We always like to give our visitors something different and this was certainly the case here.

“Kids and adults alike had great fun – or since we’re taking about sharks, should that be fin?

“All these people doing the Baby Shark Dance routine in our central atrium really were a sight to behold.”
