Help will be on hand next week for Renfrewshire residents hoping the internet can make their lives a little easier as part of Get Online Week 12 – 18 October. Local events will take place throughout the week to help more people reap the benefits of using the internet – that include saving time and money, and keeping in touch with family and friends more easily. A series of ‘Tea and Tablet’ drop-in events in Renfrewshire Libraries will help people try out a tablet while the Heritage Centre in Paisley Central Library will host a demo day on Wednesday 16 October for those interested in researching their family history online.
