Renfrewshire wide credit union (RWCU) is teaming up with radio Clyde to give media students from ‘West college Scotland’ the opportunity to work with RWCU. The students will have the opportunity to visit the Clyde studios and work alongside RWCU to help with their new creative campaign.
The students will attend the Bauer media academy on the 7th of September 2015. The day will have two sessions with around 10-12 students at each session. During the sessions the participants will learn about creating radio adverts, interview techniques and writing for the ear. The students will be put in to groups and have the opportunity to record their very own RWCU radio advert.
The campaign is set to target males and females aged 18 – 25, and will focus on raising awareness and educating young people of the benefits of joining Renfrewshire wide credit union. The campaign will focus on money management but will also be an interactive and engaging campaign that allows the students to use their creativity.
