After the release of their latest album, ‘The Colour of Freedom’ last month, the four young balladeers from Kilkenny in the South-East of Ireland are returning to the UK with their take on well-known Irish folk tunes with incredible musicianship and boundless energy.

Friends since school, The Kilkennys have taken their love of traditional Irish folk ballads and reinvigorated it, enabling them to tour the world and present it to a whole new generation. In doing so, the band have successfully introduced the genre to a young audience whilst also winning the hearts of the more seasoned traditional music lovers.

The Kilkennys play at Paisley Town Hall on Sunday 21 June at 7.30pm. Tickets are £14 (£12 conc) + booking fee* and are available via the Box Office on 0300 300 1210 or www.renfrewshire.gov.uk/onlinebooking
