Renfrewshire’s Primary and Secondary Games and the Primary and Secondary Special Games have been taking place at the On-X centre in Linwood.
The popular annual event has again been organised by Renfrewshire Council’s Sports Services team with support from local sporting and community organisations.
Over 200 pupils had the chance to try out a wide range of sports on an individual or team basis.
Councillor Jim Harte, Convener of Renfrewshire Council’s Sport, Leisure and Culture Policy Board, said: “The Renfrewshire Games have become a well-established event on the local sporting calendar. Every year, hundreds of pupils take part to showcase their talents and try out different sports.
“There’s always a great atmosphere and that has certainly been the case again this year.
“I would like to thank everyone involved with the event for what has again proved to be an outstanding festival of sport.”
Among the activities available were athletics, golf, football, boccia, bowls, dance, tennis and martial arts.
