YOUNGSTERS hopped down to the intu Braehead shopping centre and met up with the bunny rabbit star of the popular kids TV show, Kate and Mim-Mim.
They’re all now best friends with giant purple bunny Mim-Mim, who visited the mall yesterday to meet his young fans, teach the kids some bunny hop moves and take part in fun games.
Mim-Mim and Kate feature in the CBeebies animated TV series that tells of their fun and fantastical adventures in the imaginary world of Mimiloo.
As well as meeting Mim-Mim youngsters were given free CBeebies activity booklets and DVDs.
Lydia Brown, marketing manager at intu Braehead said: “Lots of kids came along to see Mim-Mim and they had a great time meeting their favourite bunny.
“We always like to have something different going on in the mall to keep our shoppers entertained and a giant purple bunny certainly does that!”
The visit by Mim-Mim is just one of the activities organised by intu Braehead for youngsters over the Easter school holidays.
The shopping mall and Soar at intu Braehead have both created Easter Gardens, with free games and arts and crafts held in both venues every day from 11am to 5pm until Sunday April 19.
There will also be visits from the Easter Bunny, puppet shows and storytelling.
