Last night over seven Cub Packs from across Paisley & District got together to compete to win the annual Trophy.

The girls and boys aged 8-10.5years turned out in force and it was the 18th Paisley (Coats Memorial) who won the prize for the second year in a row.

Commenting on the evening Assistant District Commissioner (Cubs), Gerry Green said:
“What a fantastic evening of having fun and trying to get as many strikes as possible.

“Seeing our girls and boys really getting excited about bowling was truly a sight to see. I am pleased we had great numbers at this District event.

“Well done to Coats Memorial Cub Pack for winning the trophy for the second year in a row.

“Cub Scouts numbers are on the rise, with more girls and boys aged 8-10.5years joining in the adventure. This is due to the excellent balanced programme we are providing.
