Caussade Fine Arts 1st Art Exhibition
For the entire month of November, Eigen will host Caussade Fine Art’s 1st local art exhibition which showcases the work of new artist in the local area.
Local artist Allan Elliott began the art classes in March of 2014, with only a few pupils to begin with. It has now grown to a group of over ten artists, with many having no previous experience of art in the past. Through demonstrations and direct teaching, the pupils have now became artists, creating pieces of work which feature subjects that they enjoy, from Arran to Iona, Culzean Castle to the Standing Stones. People of all ages and abilities attend the classes which are hosted in Allan’s own art studio in Paisley, which takes place on a Tuesday and Thursday morning from 10.30am till 12.30pm.
Exhibitors are: Carla Corneli, Lesley King, Donald Hart, Christine McIntyre, Graham Kerr, Gary Cantwell, Elaine Murry, John Heron, Melaine Woodward, Catriona McDonald, Isobel Brown, Mike Whalen and Allan Elliott.
