PLANNING MORE SANCTUARY IN SHORTROODS

Sanctuary Scotland has applied to Renfrewshire Council for planning permission to build a further 86 houses in the Shortroods area of Paisley, which would see much needed social housing brought to the town.

The proposal is to build:
• 43 x 2 bed properties
 • 27 x 3 bed properties
 • 12 x 1 bed cottage flats
 • 2 x 3 bed wheelchair accessible properties
 • 2 x 2 bed wheelchair accessible bungalows
The proposed area is adjacent to previously built Sanctuary Housing and opposite St James/Mossvale School.
