One night in Bollywood: learn new dance techniques at our brand new workshop.

Paisley Arts Centre will play host to our very first Bollywood Dance Workshop on Tuesday 12 March.

Led by professional dancers from Scotland’s premier Indian dance company Dance Ihayami, this workshop will give participants the opportunity to explore the art of Bollywood dance and recreate some of the moves that have become so familiar thanks to the growing presence of the genre on the silver screen as well as on television.
Dance Ihayami
The highly rhythmic and energetic Bollywood Dance blends together traditions of folk and classical dance from India. The workshop is a great way to improve concentration levels and boost overall physical fitness while having fun and learning new dance moves set to very catchy Indian music. In this session, the music comes from the Bollywood classic, Devdas.

Take part in our workshop and watch Devdas on the big screen afterwards for free.
