Eight films. Two major awards. One Bafta. In a single evening? In Paisley?!

Blimey.

We are good!

Yes, in a break from the norm, Paisley Film Society is delighted to be screening an evening of Short Films. A selection box – if you will – of what short films can offer. From the zesty fruity fun of The Finger Trap (animation) to the chewy caramel of Saltmark and back again via the hazelnutty centred Xtreme Luggaging. And that is only the first layer! For full programme listings check our website: www.paisleyfilmsociety.com

We’ve got a brilliant selection including I Love Luci (winner of the Prix de Mediatheque at Clermon Ferrand Short Film Festival, which is the biggest film festival in Europe dedicated to Shorts) and Bafta winning Eyes on the Streets.

As if that was not enough for one evening, the screening will be followed by a Q&A session with the Writer (Gordon McLean) and the Director (David Newbigging) of Eyes on the Streets.

Perfect for trying out new cinematic flavours, and no knobbly knees in sight . . .

Screening starts 7.30pm Tuesday 18th May
