St Mirren

After the enforced break for the International games St Mirren welcome Paisley boy Derek McInnes and his St Johnstone team to St Mirren Park. Danny and the boys will hope to bounce back after the defeat to Celtic and get moving back up the table again.

Saints still have Mooy(Back),Murray(Knee),Barron(Ankle) and McGregor all sidelined through injury.

St Johnstone have Murray & Callum Davidson missing from their squad.Lets hope the rain stays off and the improved crowds turn up in force again.Tickets are still on sale right up until kick off so lets get behind the boys again and hopefully cheer them on to victory.

John Hillcoat Goalkeeping Academy 2011

The school holidays are almost upon us and we all know what that means for the kids….boredom! But hopefully the Academy’s 5 day summer camp will help burn up some of their energy.

The camp will run Mon-Fri and will incorporate all age groups. I will run a morning session for the younger keepers and an afternoon session for the older ones. Last year’s camp was made that little bit special when St Mirren Goalie Paul Gallacher, Killie keeper Alan Combe, Buddies legend Campbell Money and St Johnstone hit men Jody Morris and Chris Miller popped in and spent the afternoon signing autographs and answering questions from the participants.

Hopefully I can persuade other S.P.L stars to pop in this year for a wee game of beat the goalie with the boys! Drinks will be provided for all participants. Allocation of places is on a first come first serve basis. Places can be booked in advance. Please note that discounts apply for group bookings i.e, siblings/boys clubs etc. Details as follows:
Dates: Mon 25th – Fri 29th July
Session times: 10am—1pm
(age group 8-12),
1.30pm—4.30pm
(age group 13-16)

Cost: £60 for the week

Venue: Harmony Row, Field Turf Pitches,
Braehead
