As part of the Puppet Animation Festival The Puppet Lab showcase the famous children’s show in a way you have never seen before.
Meet three skeletons, Big, Little and Dog as they go adventuring to find fun, frights and friendship. Spooky houses, dancing clocks, dinosaurs and skeleton pets all make an appearance as well as that darned Black Cat. Woof Woof. The Puppet Lab has been inspired by the popular books of Janet and Allan Ahlberg, as well as the Mexican Day of the Dead celebrations, to find the funny side of bones. Kim Bergsagel’s wonderful puppets burst with character and the set transforms into a multitude of spaces and places.
This is a wordless, wonderful show full of music, song and illustrated adventure, leading us through the crazy days of these delightful skeletons.
The Puppet Animation Festival takes place across Scotland from March 24 to April 17 and offers children and their families’ opportunities to be transported to magical worlds of make-believe. Take part in the journey and experience the adventure!
