Paisley Boxing Club was started by Norrie Sweeney who has been involved in boxing for over 50 years.
In his time in boxing Norrie has been a trainer, referee and manager and is now taking on the responsibility of being a promoter.
Classes run Monday Tuesday & Thursday 6pm to 8pm and Women’s class Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm to 9pm
We have people attend just for fitness and fun. We have amateur boxers as well as professional.
The kids usually start around 10 yrs old and it teaches them discipline, self control as well as manners and respect for others and it also gives them confidence.
