The weddiing on Arran was so nice and weather could not have been better,I was very lucky as the sun shone most days and i just needed a light jacket.

On my connection from Dubia a young man sitting next to me said,gid-ay mate i knew I was on my way home.

Great to hear you are home safely and enjoyed you holiday and it wasn't too cold for you. My daughter and son in law arrive in Glasgow tomorrow for 2 weeks. I hope the weather is good for them as they cannot stand the cold. Alice

alice it could not have been better weather light jacket on most days and a couple windy cold ones

Loved every min the wedding in Arran was great Janie Kyle was beautiful wedding lasted from Friday to Sunday morning then a folk session before they all got back on the ferry home.

Hope weather keeps good for your daughter Alice,I was too hot over last few days,and was thankful for a cloudier day today,so walked through Glasgow city centre without leaving puddles everywhere I went LOL

A wee shower of rain came on tonight although it was threatening all day,Paisley seemed to miss it,but a lot of ppl got it even in England,Bruce said on phone!!

Torrential rain this morning, Nancy. At its heaviest just as I was coming out the hairdressers too. Sun is shining at the moment, but big black clouds overhead. JG
