There used to such a thing as common sense, unfortunately the wardens of Renfrewshire Council are lacking on it as they have issued Blind 75 year old Albert McFall with a £40 Fine after his dog copper fouled on the grass, Mr McFall who wasnt even able to read the letter issued by Renfrewshire Council was left stunned.

WHY DONT THE WARDENS GO DOWN MOSS STREET AND SEND THE FINES TO OUR BELOVED COUNCIL.IF ITS GOOD ENOUGH TO FINE A BLIND PENSIONER THEN TIME THE COUNCIL WERE FINED AS WELL FOR NOT CLEARING UP THEIR SHITE.

This is THIRD time wardens have hit the headlines,concerning dog fouling and COMMON SENSE,they way I see it,the JOBS gone to their HEID
