The Clean Renfrewshire campaign is a good idea but I wonder who decides which areas need attention.There's a row of council lock ups near here that never get a visit from council cleaners,only from folks who rent the garages, there's more vegetation on these roofs than there is in the regular grassed areas (slight exaggeration)
but it's a bit of an eyesore, it's been like this for years as far as I know.
