Monday 5 March 5.45pm – 8.00pm
Methodist Church, Gauze St, Paisley PA1 1EP
(next to Rainbow Turtle Shop)

Renfrewshire has been most fortunate this year in that the two coffee producers from Malawi who are in Scotland for a short visit are spending a whole day with us. Part of this time will be with Rainbow Turtle and you are invited to come along to meet Christopher and Bernard from Mzuzi Coffee producers. They will be with us early evening of 5th March. This will be a fairly informal “meeting” with the opportunity to hear directly from those working in a Fairtrade organisation but also a chance to relax and talk with them and representatives of the Scottish Malawi Partnership and the Scottish Fair Trade Forum over a light buffet. So we propose the following format:

5.45 – 6.00 Gathering
6.00 – 6.05 Welcome
6.05 – 6.45 Visitors’ contribution
Q & A continued into…..
6.45 – 7.30 Buffet
7.30 – 7.45 Closing remarks, ‘thank yous’

The evening will provide an opportunity for you to meet representatives of the producers you either support through your sales, or buy from. You can learn first-hand how your purchases help make our world fair for all!

Please reply to info@rainbowturtle.org.uk to let us know if you can join us (for catering purposes).

We look forward to an interesting, informative and enjoyable evening with you, and our visitors.
