St Vincent’s Hospice have been nominated in 2 categories at the 2017 Charity Champions Awards taking place in the Marriott Hotel on Thursday 2nd November.

The glamorous Strictly Come Prancing event has been nominated for “Event of the Year” award and the vast amount of work that the hospice does out in the community has been recognised in the “Community Charity of the Year” category.

The awards were created in order to celebrate and reward the incredible work being done by organisations and individuals in Scotland’s third sector.

Kate Lennon, Chief Executive, St Vincent’s Hospice said:

“We are delighted and deeply honoured to be nominated for these awards. All of which would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff, volunteers and the community who tirelessly support us in all that we do.”
