The Scottish Huntington’s Association is looking for volunteers to spare a couple of hours to bag pack at Marks & Spencer, Braehead on Saturday, December 19.

The Paisley based charity is the only one in the country supporting families with degenerative brain disorder Huntington’s disease.

“This is one the busiest shopping days of the year and a great fundraising opportunity for us, the more people we can get helping the more money we can raise. If you can spare a couple of hours while out doing your own shopping to help it would be much appreciated,” said SHA’s community fundraising officer, Linda Byars.

“We’d be particularly keen to hear from any youth groups who night want help out.”

The bag pack takes place between 10-4pm. Contact Linda on 0141 848 0308 or email linda.byars@hdscotland.org.
