Paisley Methodist Central Hall

On Easter Sunday, not only did we have a wonderful service at Paisley Methodist Central Hall in Gauze Street but, after roughly 8 years, we returned to our main Church on the first floor of this beautiful building.   Over this past time, we have been worshiping in the Lesser Hall downstairs but this was a double celebration for the congregation as many years of hard work had gone in to raise money to worship upstairs in the main Church and it was fitting that this happened on Easter Sunday 2014.

Attached is one photograph showing the external building and two internal photographs showing the Easter Sunday Communion celebrations plus the full size of the auditorium.

The Methodist Church in Gauze Street is a wonderfully structured building with the auditorium on two levels, which has wonderful acoustics.   There are other halls on the ground floor which can be hired out for functions, courses, exams, etc.   Disabled toilets are located on the ground and first floors of the Church, along with a lift operating from the ground floor to the first and second floors.

The main Church can be hired out for concerts because of its acoustics. and can seat 750 people, all of which command a good view of the stage.

Please contact our Minister, the Rev Dr Liz Adam on 0141 639 9436 who will be only too happy to help if you require any further information.[/vc_column_text][vc_gallery ids=”21176,21177,21175″ type=”masonry”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
